All furniture is just old and defective, no service and the breakfast buffet is horrible

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. When I booked this, they were talking about an apartment on the ground floor for 60 € per night, so I booked this one too !! When we arrived the apartment became a double room in the 1. floor. It is advertised with "our rooms have a high equipment". If one should understand that the furniture is no longer up to date, there was no shelf for luggage, the toilet wobbled, the water had to run 15 minutes before it was got a bit warm, the ventilation in the bathroom was still running 6 minutes after switching off, the ventilation was not clean, no cloakroom where we could hang our jackets, only 1 bedside lamp, remote control from the TV was defective and only one roll of toilet paper was available in the Bathroom there was no shelf for the toiletry bags. The flyer also states that you can expect a rich buffet with numerous delicacies. Hmmmm !! There were 3 different types of sausage each about 4 slices, 2 boiled eggs, 2-3 different types of cheese each about 4 slices, packaged butter, cream cheese, honey, Nutella, 4 rolls! Small yoghurt, small packs of corn flakes. There was no fruit, no tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.! By rich we mean something else. When it came to paying, we thought it would be cheaper because we only got a double room instead of the apartment !! NO !!! we paid € 60 per night, on the grounds that a double room is the same like an apartment! According to Merkur, a double room consists of a room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people, an apartment is an accommodation with sleeping and living area, possibly with a kitchen !!! The only thing that is true and is stated in the flyer, the connections are good! A shame !!! We won't go there anymore. Since we are in the area regularly, we looked for an accommodation that we book again and again, but this is not it !!!
